The eyes of this stylised peacock are made from real crow skulls. Whilst one bird is often regarded the epitome of beauty the other is often shunned sidelined to negative stories in folklore and mythology. This piece explores the juxtaposition of the family orientated social creature against the aloof preened bird and how society often favours one but maybe should prefer the other?
